Hiermit willige ich ein, dass die Deutsche Afrika Stiftung e.V. (DAS) und die Subsahara-Afrika Initiative der Deutschen Wirtschaft (SAFRI) meine bei der Registrierung angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten erhebeb und für die Versendung von relevanten Informationen vor und nach der Veranstaltung und die zuwendungsrechtliche interne Dokumentation vorübergehend speichern. Ich willige ein, dass meine Daten an Projektpartner weitergegeben werden, soweit dies zur Durchführung der Veranstaltung notwendig ist. In diesem Rahmen kann es vorkommen, dass personenbezogene Daten in sogenannte Drittländer übermittelt werden. Eine mögliche Speicherung der Daten über 6 Monate hinaus erfolgt ausdrücklich nur zu verwendungsrechtlichen Zwecken.
Ich erkläre mich außerdem damit einverstanden, dass im Rahmen der Veranstaltung Bilder und/oder Videos von den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern gemacht werden und dass die Bilder und/oder Videos zur Veröffentlichung auf der Homepage, in (Print-)Publikationen und auf Social Media Seiten der DAS und SAFRI verwendet und zu diesem Zwecke auch abgespeichert werden dürfen. Die Fotos und/oder Videos dienen ausschließlich der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit der DAS bzw. von SAFRI.
Ich habe das Recht, diese Einwilligung jederzeit ohne Angabe einer Begründung mit Wirkung für die Zukunft zu widerrufen. Hierfür genügt eine E-Mail an info@deutsche-afrika-stiftung.de. Die Rechtmäßigkeit der aufgrund der Einwilligung bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung wird durch den Widerruf nicht berührt. Ich habe das Recht, dieser Einverständniserklärung nicht zuzustimmen – eine Nichtzustimmung schließt allerdings eine Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung aus. //
Data protection declaration of consent according to DSGVO
I hereby allow the Deutsche Afrika Stiftung e.V. (DAS) and the Subsaharan-Africa Initiative of German Business (SAFRI) to collect my personal data provided during registration and to temporarily store it for sending relevant information before and after the event, and for internal documentation in accordance with grant law. I consent to my data being forwarded to project partners insofar as this is necessary for the implementation of the event. In this context, personal data may be transferred to so-called third countries. Any storage of data beyond 6 months is expressly for legal purposes only.
I also agree that pictures and/or videos of the participants will be taken during the event and that the pictures and/or videos may be used for publication on the homepage, in (print) publications and on social media pages of the DAS and of SAFRI and may also be stored for this purpose. The photos and/or videos are used exclusively for the public relations work of the DAS and SAFRI.
I have the right to revoke this consent at any time without stating a reason with future effect. An e-mail to info@deutsche-afrika-stiftung.de is sufficient for this purpose. The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the revocation is not affected by the revocation. I have the right not to consent to this declaration of consent - however, non-consent excludes participation in the event.

Déclaration de consentement en matière de protection des données conformément au RGPD
J'accepte par la présente que la Fondation Allemande pour l'Afrique (DAS) et l'Initiative des entreprises allemandes pour l'Afrique subsaharienne (SAFRI) collectent les données personnelles que j'ai indiquées lors de mon inscription et les stocke temporairement pour l'envoi d'informations pertinentes avant et après la manifestation et pour la documentation interne relative au droit des subventions. J'accepte que mes données soient transmises aux partenaires du projet dans la mesure où cela est nécessaire à la réalisation de l'événement. Dans ce cadre, il peut arriver que des données personnelles soient transmises à des pays dits tiers. Un éventuel stockage des données au-delà de 6 mois ne se fait expressément qu'à des fins d'utilisation légale.
J'accepte en outre que des photos et/ou des vidéos des participants soient prises dans le cadre de l'événement et que les photos et/ou les vidéos soient utilisées pour la publication sur le site Internet, dans des publications (imprimées) et sur les pages des médias sociaux de la DAS et de SAFRI qu'elles soient également sauvegardées à cette fin. Les photos et/ou vidéos servent exclusivement aux relations publiques de la DAS et de SAFRI.
J'ai le droit de révoquer ce consentement à tout moment, sans avoir à me justifier, avec effet pour l'avenir. Pour cela, il suffit d'envoyer un e-mail à info@deutsche-afrika-stiftung.de. La légalité du traitement effectué sur la base du consentement jusqu'à la révocation n'est pas affectée par la révocation. J'ai le droit de ne pas consentir à cette déclaration de consentement - un refus de consentement exclut toutefois la participation à l'événement.
